Pizza Kits

01 When and where do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday to the majority of mainland UK (currently excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, parts of North East Scotland)

02 When do I need to order for next day delivery and can I order for same day delivery?

The order deadline for next day delivery is 10am, unfortunately we’re not able to offer same day delivery.

03 When will my order be delivered?

Your delivery will arrive between 8am-8pm on the date requested. On the day of delivery you will receive an estimated delivery window via our delivery partner.

04 What if I’m not in to receive my order?

All our pizza kits are delivered in insulated environmentally friendly packaging so they will stay cool for a short while once delivered. If you’re not in, the delivery driver will leave the parcel in a safe place at your address or with your neighbour (if possible). You also have the option to divert your delivery to a local Collection Point for you to collect later that day – this option will be available when you receive confirmation your order has been dispatched.

05 What does the delivery charge include?

Next day delivery service, plus sustainable packaging that can be reused at home.

06 Can I amend my order?

Please email us at [email protected] with details of your amendments as soon as possible. We’re not always able to make amendments as we’re working with fresh food, but we’ll try our best to help if we can.

07 Can I order more than one Pizza Kit for delivery to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! To help with organising this, please contact us via email at [email protected] with details of the order, the delivery address, contact name and email for each recipient. We’ll then confirm the order and payment method / options.

08 Can I collect?

Sorry, we’re not able to offer collection for Pizza Kits.

09 What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds once an order has been prepared and dispatched. If there’s an issue with your order or it was received later than your chosen delivery day, please contact us at [email protected] providing your order number, account name and a summary of the issue. If appropriate, please provide pictures.

10 What is a pizza kit composed of?

For each pizza selected you will receive your chosen base – crafted base which is ready to top and bake, dough ball for pizza ovens or a gluten free base – and the individually prepared toppings.

11 Where do I store my pizza kit when it arrives?

Pizza toppings should be placed in a refrigerator.

Dough Balls should be placed in a refrigerator and taken out 2-4 hours before use to get them up to room temperature.

Gluten free bases should be placed in a refrigerator.

12 How long after delivery do I have to use my Pizza Kit?

For best results, we recommend consuming the pizza kits within 2 days from the day of delivery.

13 Can the Pizza Kit dough and toppings be frozen?

We do not recommend freezing the dough or toppings for later use.

Pizza Delivered

01 Can I place an order over the phone?

No, sorry, we only accept online orders for delivery or collection. At the moment, we’re also not accepting in store or walk in orders until further notice.

02 Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all of Leamington Spa & Warwick and some of the surrounding areas. When you start your order and enter your delivery address we’ll be able to confirm if we deliver to your exact address.

03 When will my delivery arrive?

We aim to deliver within 10 minutes of your chosen delivery time.

I am receiving a message in my basket which says “Due to an influx of orders, please select a different time” and cannot place an order. What does this mean?

To help ensure the kitchen team is able to craft and bake your order to quality we have a limit on the number of Pizza’s we’re able to make. It unfortunately means we have reached capacity at that time, please select an alternative slot.

04 Do you accept large orders for parties or events?

Yes, depending on the size of the order and day / time it’s required. If you’re looking to place an order for more than 10 pizzas, please email us at [email protected] or call us.

05 Can I swap toppings on my pizza?

We don’t offer topping swaps, but you can use the customise feature on our ordering site to add or remove toppings for each pizza.

06 Can I collect reward stamps on purchases for Pizza Kits?

Sorry, we’re not able to offer reward stamps on Pizza Kit orders at the moment but we are working on a solution which will be available soon!

07 Reward stamps are not being added to my account having reached 4, why is this?

The limit on the number of stamps you can collect is 4. New stamps can be collected once the 4 stamps have been redeemed. Please see our full terms and conditions for our Loyalty Scheme for further details.

08 Can I use my reward stamps with your offers?

Rewards stamps to claim your free pizza can not be used in conjunction with an offer but can be used in addition to an offer. To use your reward stamps in addition to an offer, please ensure the additional pizza is in your basket before checking out.

09 What style of pizza do you bake?

All our pizzas are stone baked and have a thin base with a light crust. We ferment our dough for up to 72 hours which makes for a light and digestable pizza crafted with the finest natural toppings.

10 What size of pizzas do you do?

All our Pizzas are approx. 12” (8 slices) and our Pizzettes approx. 8” (4 slices).

11 Is the dough natural?

Yes, we use finest ’00’ flour, nutrient rich wheat germ, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, with tiny amounts of sea salt and yeast – that’s all!

12 Do you do gluten free pizza?

For Stone Baked Pizzas Delivered we don’t currently offer a gluten free pizza option.

13 Where can I find details of allergens and nutritional information?

Allergen information is available here. We’re working on our Nutritional Information guide which we’ll post here as soon as it’s available.
